The Page County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is committed to protecting the citizens of our community by providing sound prosecutions of criminal cases, essential services to victims and witness to crime, and effective community education and outreach programs.

The Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office is responsible for the prosecution of criminal offenses that occur in

Page County.  The Office prosecutes all felony, misdemeanor, and traffic charges brought in the County by law enforcement officers.

The Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office presents the evidence of a crime to the judge or jury who decide the outcome of the case.
